1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

100% refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made before dispatch.
5. Refund Timeframe
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be required to provide valid bank account details.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund once the item is delivered—refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for details.
3. Order Refusal at Delivery
If you refuse delivery of an order without valid reason (e.g., defective or wrong product), the following applies:
- Shipping charges and return courier fees will be deducted from your refund.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the item.
4. Cancellation by SK Marketing Hub
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Non-confirmation of COD orders (if applicable)
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone and issued a full refund immediately.
