1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included.

  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with in any way.

Note: Products installed or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or delivered damaged.

4. Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Applicable:

  • Approved returns that meet all conditions

  • Product out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • Order cancellations before dispatch

Refund Timeframe:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Mode of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a bank transfer will be arranged.

6. Replacements and Exchanges

We offer free replacements for items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective

  • Are significantly different from their online description

  • Were incorrectly delivered

If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting customer support.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—however, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered (if eligible).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with missing original accessories or packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked “Final Sale”

  • Products customized to your specifications

Perishable goods or hygiene-related appliances (e.g., water purifiers after installation)

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

  • Our support team will respond within 2 business days.

  • If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and pickup scheduling details.

Step 3: Return Pickup

  • We will arrange for return pickup at no cost only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

     

  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Product Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving the returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item to confirm it meets all return conditions.

  • If approved, initiate the refund or replacement.

  • If rejected, the product will be sent back to the customer without refund.
