If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹5,000 within Tamil Nadu.
- Standard Shipping Fees: Applicable on orders below ₹5,000 and for outstation deliveries. These charges will be shown at checkout.
Heavy appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines) may incur an additional handling or installation fee. You will be informed during checkout or order confirmation.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be returned to origin.
Re-delivery may be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Inspection at Delivery
We strongly encourage customers to:
- Inspect the package for external damage.
- Ensure all accessories and items listed are received.
- Sign the delivery receipt only after verification.
If the item appears damaged, defective, or tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
